**Job Title: Cold Caller**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using a provided list of leads.

2. Introduce company products or services to prospects and generate interest through effective communication.

3. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and preferences.

4. Set up appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.

7. Continuously update knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

8. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.

3. Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone.

4. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.

5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

6. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
