**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities related to inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory records, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse processes to maximize efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
- **Receiving and Dispatch**: Supervise the receipt of incoming goods, verify quantities and quality, and ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers.
- **Warehousing Operations**: Organize storage of goods in the warehouse, optimize space utilization, and implement efficient layout plans to facilitate easy retrieval of items.
- **Team Management**: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure a high level of productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- **Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Health and Safety**: Enforce safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse, conduct regular safety inspections, and promote a culture of safety among warehouse staff.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, implement best practices, and streamline warehouse operations to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to ensure smooth functioning and minimize downtime.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory transactions, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections. Prepare reports as required by management.
- **Customer Service**: Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to order fulfillment, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
**Working Conditions**:
- The Warehouse Incharge typically works in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- The role may require occasional overtime and weekend work, especially during peak seasons or to meet operational demands.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
