**NOTE: This Role is strictly Commission Based not salary based**
**Role Overview**:
The Associate Director / General Manager / Channel Partner is responsible for building, managing, and leading their own sales team while providing support and guidance to teammates with potential buyer lead assistance. They will contribute significantly to business development, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure the team meets sales targets. This role requires strong leadership and a strategic mindset to foster growth and success in real estate sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build, manage, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
- Assist in formulating sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring target achievement and operational efficiency.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships.
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.
- Assist team members with potential buyer leads and sales closures.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and challenges to the Director.
- Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate sales management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and manage sales teams and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in identifying buyer leads and supporting sales teams in lead conversion.
**Requirement**:

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
