**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Office Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Maintain the reception area's appearance, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Monitor and manage the scheduling of meeting rooms, ensuring optimal utilization.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, assisting with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation for company executives or visitors.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.

**Office Operations**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory by anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Oversee and manage office equipment, arranging for maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Support in the onboarding process for new employees by setting up workstations and providing necessary resources.

**Database and Records Management**:

- Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and manage physical and electronic documents, implementing efficient filing systems for easy retrieval.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the front office and other departments, conveying important information effectively.
