**Education**:
- B.E/ B. Tech/ M Tech in Civil Engineering preferredMBA (Marketing) from leading institute from India and abroad preferred

**Preferred Company Background: -**

Building Materials (Cement/Steel), Construction chemicals, geo-synthetics, construction technologies, or in businesses engaged in B2G segment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

1. Map markets, create and update customer funnel regularly, develop and achieve Annual Business Plan.

2. Understand monthly sales targets and achieve desired volumes and gross margins targets.

3. Work on opportunities for inclusion of BitChem Cold Mix Binder in all detailed project reports of State/national schemes and projects and get brand empanelment.

4. Maintain active database of key contractors and department engineers across assigned territories and use it for business development activities.

5. Appoint state partners or channel partners who could facilitate order generation and supply chain management for timely deliveries and increased customer satisfaction.

6. Demonstrates ability to resolve customer crisis & conflicts and address it through cross functional efforts, and bring satisfaction to the customer without any financial damages to the company and the Brand.

7. Prepare team requirements in collaboration with HR Team and appoint suitable team members to Achieve timely results.

8.Gain market intelligence through study of competitor’s business strategies and pricing tactics, regular evaluation of their product samples, pictures of sites, invoices, price list and utilize all these tools for effective decision making.

9.Lead MARCOM activities as guided by Business Head to secure relationships and confidence of the customers and engineers

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
