Greeter - Jewellery Showroom

**Job Title: Greeter**

**Location**: Jewellery Showroom, Kurukshetra, Haryana

**Salary**: 10,000 INR per month + Incentives

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing assistance and guidance as required.
- Actively promote and explain any ongoing schemes or promotions, such as the GHS scheme, to customers.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about special offers, events, or new arrivals.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and convey any concerns or suggestions to the management team for improvement.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using communication tools such as phones and intercom systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Additional training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
