Back Office Executive(Female)

**Position Overview**:The Back Office/Social Media Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth functioning of the organization's back-office operations and managing its social media presence. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, data management, and social media management to ensure efficient internal processes and effective external communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Back Office Operations**:Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and record keeping.
Assist in maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools.
Support the coordination of internal communications and departmental activities.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure streamlined processes and effective cross-functional communication.
**Data Management**:Manage and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
Verify, validate, and maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity.
Generate reports and summaries based on collected data as needed.
**Social Media Management**:Manage the organization's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with the company's goals and branding guidelines.
Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and videos, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
**Content Creation and Scheduling**:Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual and written content.
Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels using appropriate tools.
Ensure content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication.
**Trend Analysis**:Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Research and identify opportunities for the organization to leverage emerging trends and technologies.
