Plan and develop merchandising strategies that effectively balance customers' expectations and company goals.

2. Analyse sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan appropriate product ranges and stock quantities.

3. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales, ensuring timely product delivery.

4. Maximize customer interest and sales levels by strategically displaying products to attract attention and promote purchases.

5. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory to ensure optimal product presentation and availability.

6. Forecast profits and sales, and effectively plan budgets to maximize profitability.

7. Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs to optimize inventory turnover.

8. Build and maintain positive customer relationships, collaborating with channel partners to develop a strong sales pipeline and close deals.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and merchandising trends to continually improve our strategies and processes.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
