**Position Overview**:
As an HR Executive in the IT services and consulting industry, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions within our dynamic organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various HR activities, including recruitment, talent management, and client management making this an ideal role for early-career HR professionals seeking to excel in a dynamic and tech-savvy environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment for various IT profiles for client and inhouse
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process along with new client acquisition and onboarding
- You can facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Work closely with managers to identify training and development needs, fostering professional growth.
- Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles in an IT industry context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- They are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
