Job Title: Sales Executive - Turtle Wax Store

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Turtle Wax Store. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Turtle Wax products, specifically focused on car wax, to our customers. Your primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction by providing expert advice on Turtle Wax products and ensuring they find the perfect solution to protect and maintain their vehicle's exterior.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, assisting them in selecting the right Turtle Wax products for their specific needs. Provide product demonstrations and share insights on the advantages of using Turtle Wax car wax.

**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting Turtle Wax products, upselling when appropriate, and effectively closing sales transactions.

**Customer Education**: Educate customers on the benefits of Turtle Wax car wax, emphasizing its super hydrophobic and SiO2 polymer technology for instant water repelling, chemical resistance, superior shine, high gloss, and enhanced color depth.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the Turtle Wax product display is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized. Collaborate with the store management team to create attractive product displays that attract and engage customers.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to help optimize product offerings and sales strategies.

**Training and Development**: Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Stay informed about new Turtle Wax product releases and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Passion for automotive care and detailing products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of car care and detailing practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,973.01 per month
