What you will be responsible for:
As IT / Apprentice you will
Preparing various Status Reports like Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly to senior Management Create, update and maintain a repository of documentations to standardize process and procedures. Maintain and manage the data collection and repositories. Generate the reports and distribute to required internal stakeholders Based on management need from time to time, collect data, create template and perform meaningful analysis of data to help the decision making. Attend stakeholder meetings, record minutes and follow up action items to ensure closure of pending action items. Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office tool. Should have good communication skills and need to be a team player Close collaboration with stakeholders on projects Organize QA testing and assist project/product management document test cases Develop and Manage team schedules and tasks Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalations Work closely with a project manager or end user to identify business needs and determine complete Expertise in Microsoft Office Coordination and follow up of learning & process adherence activities Support for project specific need such as documentation, analysis, information gathering. Monitors quality of program deliverables and works with senior staff to ensure program objectives and success criteria are actively management and met Manage campaign initiatives with all stakeholders.

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Any Graduate from a recognized Institute- Certifications in Project management will help
