**Financial Controller - FMCG Business**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management strategies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis against forecasts.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

The role is based in Bahrain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
