**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Holiday Planning: Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodation options, and activities based on client preferences.
- Booking Management: Handle all aspects of holiday bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel Documentation: Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, travel insurance, and passports.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or changes that arise during the booking process or the client’s travel.
- Market Trends: Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions to provide the best recommendations to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective client management and upselling of travel products and services

**Qualification**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel consulting, holiday booking, or a related field.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and accommodation options.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or similar).
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Education: A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
