Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Management**:
- Organize and maintain company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and verifying information.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management procedures and improve efficiency.
2. **Website Management**:
- Update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, using content management systems (CMS).
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and user engagement metrics.
- Implement website enhancements and improvements as directed by the management team.
- Ensure website security measures are up to date and implement necessary updates.
3. **Administrative Support**:
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, including scheduling and logístical arrangements.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on data management and website management.
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Soft-spoken demeanor with a polite and courteous attitude towards colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic web development concepts is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is an advantage.
- Good family background with a reputation for integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
