As a Web Designer at Radixweb, you will be part of a team responsible for the new development and maintenance of Web UI designs to provide users with a high-performant, scalable and modern product that responsively works on any device. You like to keep up with the latest trends in the front end and design world to ensure we are always using the best techniques possible. Beyond coding, you enjoy working in an evolving industry.

**What you will do**
- Proven ability to work as both - individual and team player
- Looking for challenges and enjoy working and experimenting with new technologies.
- Design and Develop new user-facing features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Should be able to communicate properly and manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Learn about, experiment and mentor junior team members with new tech.

**Eligibility**
- 0 - 2 Years of working experience as Web (UI) Designer.
- Should be able to deliver best-in-class with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS & JavaScript (jQuery) front-end code across a broad array of interactive web and mobile projects.
- Should be very much proficient on Responsive Design with knowledge of web and mobile UX/UI.
- Should be exceptionally well with any Frameworks like Bootstrap, Material, Polymer etc.
- Must know standard design & development software’s - Microsoft VSCode, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.
- It would be an add-on to have experience with ReactJS, Angular JS, npm, Git etc.
