We are seeking a skilled Accessibility Audit Performer and Remediation Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting comprehensive accessibility audits, identifying areas of non-compliance with accessibility standards (such as WCAG 2.2), and implementing solutions to ensure our digital content is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Accessibility Audits**:
- Utilize automated testing tools, assistive technologies, and manual testing methods to identify accessibility issues.
- **Report and Document Findings**:
- Prepare detailed reports documenting accessibility issues, their impact on users, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, ADA, Section 508).
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- **Remediation Planning and Implementation**:
- Develop and execute remediation plans to address identified accessibility issues.
- Work closely with design, development, and content teams to implement accessibility improvements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for accessible design and development.
- **Training and Support**:
- Offer ongoing support to ensure accessibility is maintained in new and existing projects.
- **Stay Current with Accessibility Trends**:
- Keep abreast of the latest accessibility standards, guidelines, and emerging technologies.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design within the organization.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure remediation efforts have been successful.
- Maintain documentation of all accessibility efforts and outcomes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
