We are currently hiring an Admission Counseling cum Tally Caller to join our team. This role involves providing counseling services to prospective students and assisting with tally calling tasks related to admissions and fee collection.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct tally calls to students and parents for fee verification, payment collection, and resolving admission-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, update student information, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints with professionalism, delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining student records, and preparing reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospective students and parents.
- Proficiency in tally software or similar accounting systems for tally calling tasks.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the admission process and educational institutions is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹9,411.25 - ₹15,000.96 per month
