**Responsibilities**:

- **Upload New Product Listings**: The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for uploading new product listings onto our e-commerce platforms. This includes accurately inputting product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
- **Monitor Inventory Levels**: Regularly monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock availability. This involves keeping track of product quantities and anticipating demand to prevent stockouts.
- **Update Product Information**: Continuously update product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability. Ensure that all product details are current and accurate to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
- **Optimize Product Listings**: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion. Implement strategies to improve product discoverability and drive sales.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that product listings meet company standards in terms of accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
- **Customer Support**: Provide support to customers regarding product inquiries, availability, and ordering processes. Address any customer concerns or issues related to product listings promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content management.
- **Excellent communication and organizational skills**.
- Proficiency in **e-commerce platforms** and content management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
