Trainee Instructor- Teaching

**Job Description: Trainee Instructor for CBSE Board Subjects (Class 1 to 12) - Online Teaching**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate interactive online classes for students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring adherence to academic standards and learning objectives.
- Create and deliver engaging, comprehensive, and well-structured lessons using a variety of teaching methods, resources, and online platforms.
- Adapt teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the virtual classroom.
- Utilize PowerPoint presentations, multimedia resources, and other digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, assessments, and student performance to foster academic growth.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive online learning environment, promoting active participation and collaboration among students.
- Address student inquiries, concerns, and doubts promptly and effectively, both during and outside of class hours.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and instructional teams to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and continuously improve teaching methodologies.
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends, advancements in technology, and teaching strategies relevant to online instruction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in using PowerPoint, online teaching platforms, and other digital tools for educational purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in online teaching or virtual education is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable with a genuine passion for teaching and learning.
- Ability to establish rapport with students, creating a positive and engaging online classroom environment.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop/desktop with necessary specifications for seamless online teaching.
