**Job Title**: Branch Manager

**Location**: Mumbai, India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Finalize pricing with shipping lines and carriers, ensuring competitive and optimal rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and feeders to ensure consistent support, superior service, and favorable pricing.
- Meet with carriers and feeders regularly to discuss current and upcoming business opportunities.
- Coordinate with various shipping lines to obtain ocean freight rates in accordance with shipper requests.
- Negotiate with carriers to secure the best pricing and services for the company.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from Customer Service, Sales, and Agents.
- Assist in acquiring quotes and finalizing contracts for Ocean freight and other shipping services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and improve overall service delivery.
- Procure rates for DAP (Delivered at Place) projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with WCA agents and finalize agency agreements as per project requirements.
- Focus on the development and achievement of sales goals through direct sales channels.
- Work to grow and develop existing client accounts while generating new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update client accounts and ensure all reports and strategies are regularly monitored and updated.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on sales progress, carrier relations, and pricing negotiations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in the NVOCC or Freight Forwarding industry.
- In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, carrier negotiations, and ocean freight operations.
- Experience managing project logistics and working with international shipping companies and agents.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to business development.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience working in international markets.
- Knowledge of both Air and Ocean freight forwarding.
- Experience in project logistics and managing complex transportation requirements.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
