**Role & responsibilities**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies using Google Ads to drive website traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases for effective ad targeting.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, video, and re marketing.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve performance and maximize conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to Google Ads to ensure the continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools and tracking systems to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
