**Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic User Experience Designer to translate highly technical workflows into delightful and easy to use interfaces. In this role, your job will be to combine design thinking and customer-centricity with our product vision, to shape the evolution of our product which is already powering the public cloud experience in emerging markets. This role is central to our product and is a combination of strategic thought and the ability to take tactical decisions.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities in this role will be centered around the following:
Gathering and evaluating user requirements by working in close quarters with Product Managers and Engineers.

Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sketches.

Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.

Prototyping the user flows using wireframes, mockups and click-throughs.

Enabling all internal teams on design sensibilities with the primary goal of building a design culture within the organization.

Analyzing users, markets and competitor products, so as to create UX-led differentiation.

**Essentials for the role**
- 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of designing interactions, graphical elements and navigation flows for enterprise-grade SaaS products.
- Up-to-date understanding of design principles and patterns in relevant and adjacent product domains.
- A demonstrable portfolio of relevant projects/products is a must.
- Exceptional communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation.
- Cross-functional skills and an empathy-driven mindset.
- Excellent command on modern day design, prototyping and collaboration tools such as (and not limited to) Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Loom, Miro, Notion, Google Workspace etc.
- A university degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related design or behavioral science discipline.
- Experience working in various organisations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy) with a demonstrable ability to lead teams and initiatives.
- Experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
