We mainly work on commercial, Adaptive reuse, and cultivation projects in US.

We are currently searching for a Sr.Mechanical Design Engineer / Lead having good experience in US projects and well aware of codes and has strong technical knowledge in designing with the capability to lead a team. This position is for our Vadodara India office. The work environment is fast-paced and growth-oriented, ideally suited for individuals who like to take charge and are driven to build on current successes.

**Responsibilities**:

- MEP design and sheet set up with coordination of different trades.
- Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of accurate AutoCAD drafting methods,

layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports and scaling;
- Ability to demonstrate using basic Revit MEP tools such as the Project Browser,

Properties, Type Selector, Conduit and Cable Tray, Mechanical and plumbing

equipment’s selections and use and inserting a variety of family types. An understanding

of creating families and manipulating of parameters and schedules is a plus;
- Preparing detailed Mechanical and plumbing shop drawings, updating models to reflect

as-built conditions.
- Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
- Capable of taking the lead in importing different trade files and performing collision

control services;
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or college degree in CAD or drafting studies is preferred
- Minimum two (2) years AutoCAD and REVIT experience with detailed MEP design,

sheet set up with coordination of different trades.
- Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of accurate AutoCAD drafting methods,

layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports and scaling;
- Experience in Navisworks Manage;
- Duct sizing & pipe sizing by Mcquay software.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours to cover emergency workload.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
