Unique Role: OJT Technician

Operational Responsibilities
- Implement the Vehicle Service training plan for each city and create and follow the OJT training schedule
- Independently conduct the Vehicle Service Level-2 training for all new joiners in COCO and RP cities, within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the New Hire Training
- Conduct and support in practical on-the-job training for all new technicians, workshop managers, Service advisors and floor supervisors wrt vehicle assembly, disassembly, component replacement, spare parts replacement, body panel replacement, and vehicle diagnosis
- Travel to RP and COCO cities to observe on-field service activities and guide with hands-on training as needed
- Support with Training audits in COCO and RP service centres
- Obtain information on new service bulletins/Change Requests /CAFV projects from the Vehicle Service team and implement refresher and OJT training on the same
- Track and maintain vehicles, tools, inventory, and equipment used in the service training centre
- Support with the training Certification post OJT training
- Track and share data around training participation, feedback, certification, etc.

Cross-functional Responsibilities
- Address queries from the local service teams in each city post training
- Support in the Optimisation of service processes by conducting Service validation and service feasibility studies for the Vehicle Service team for new change requests/CAFV projects
- Support the NPD team for service validation and testing

Team Responsibilities
- Share service bulletins/Change Requests /CAFV projects with the team to be published on the LMS
- Conduct training as per SOP
- Stay up to date on our product portfolio, service bulletins, service process changes, etc.
