Ensure food is prepared in line with standard recipe.
- Product knowledge of all items on all current menus within areas worked.
- Date label all food as outlined in the kitchen operations handbook.
- Ensure food intended for display in public areas is displayed neatly and attractively and at the appropriate temperature according to hygiene and safety principles and procedures.
- Store all food as outlined in the kitchen operations handbook.
- Ensure no cross contamination occurs within the kitchen.
- Report any shortages in stock to the Assistant Manager.
- Any food that is left over must be properly labeled and stored.
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Primarily responsible for peeling, cutting, and shredding fruits and vegetables, and measuring and mixing ingredients.
- Ensuring all necessary items is on hand.
- Communicate courteously.
- Attend shift briefings when and where required.
- Actively participates in training related to their role.
- Maintain a clean workstation at all times.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly routine cleaning and preventative duties related to all FOH (Front-of-House) facilities are conducted to the required health standards.
- Maintain hygiene.
- Maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for members, guests, visitors and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Additional duties as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
