**Position: Pan Asian Chef**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Create and execute Pan Asian-inspired dishes with authenticity and creativity.
- Develop menus that reflect a fusion of flavors from various Asian cuisines.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and concepts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Adhere to cost control measures while delivering quality dishes.
- Handle special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Pan Asian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Creative flair and ability to innovate while staying true to traditional recipes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
