**Duties**:

- Program Manager to design, support and Coordinate end-to-end webinars, including speaker identification, newsletter creation, and driving participation through cross-team collaboration. Work with the regional and global team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful enablement plans, content, and programs.. A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of education and enablement initiatives is a must. This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.
- Coordinate end-to-end webinars, including speaker identification, newsletter creation, and driving participation through cross-team collaboration
- Take part in the organization and delivery of virtual and on-demand enablement.
- Co-create and maintain a local training calendar
- Work with the team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful enablement plans, content, and programs
- Develop programs that always think about Partners and how they can be enabled to be an extension of our Client team
- Identify gaps in knowledge and processes - and work with the internal and external teams to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address those gaps
- Build new programs/ run existing ones to drive credentials from expiry
- Engage regularly with the team to monitor the enablement process, new requirements, and future goals
- Build comprehensive knowledge of Partner training programs, Training & Certification offerings, course roadmap, funding programs, Partner programs, and course objective/overview to design & coordinate programs effectively
- Establish steady cadences of learning and work to eliminate “random acts of enablement”
- Produce metrics reporting - and provide insight and impact of initiatives

**Skills**:Primary skills needed:

- Analytical Capability
- Good communication skills
- Excellent project management, solid facilitation skills, and broad execution capabilities
- Has an understanding of SaaS based companies

**Education**:

- Bachelors degree and above
- Total Experience - 5+ years
- Program management experience of 3+ years
