Job Profile: Fashion Designer and Trainer for Jute Bag Production

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fashion Designer to join our organization as a Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training to a group of 50 women in the art of designing and producing various jute bags. You will work closely with the organization to develop innovative designs, create samples, and train the women in the production process. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and Innovation:

- Collaborate with the organization to create unique and attractive jute bag designs.
- Utilize your creative skills and industry knowledge to develop innovative bag designs that appeal to the target market.
- Work with the organization to finalize design concepts and select appropriate materials.

2. Sample Production:

- Create sample jute bags based on the approved designs.
- Ensure that the samples are produced to the highest standards and reflect the desired aesthetic.

3. Training:

- Develop a comprehensive training program to teach 50 women the skills required for jute bag production.
- Conduct training sessions on design techniques, pattern making, cutting, stitching, and quality control.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to the trainees during the training process.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.

4. Production Management:

- Oversee the production process to ensure that it aligns with the approved designs and quality standards.
- Monitor the productivity and efficiency of the 50 women involved in bag production.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistent high-quality output.
- Troubleshoot any production issues or challenges that arise and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the organization to manage the supply of raw materials and maintain an adequate inventory.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably with experience in bag design and production.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is an advantage.

2. Design Skills:

- Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for fashion trends.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
- Ability to develop unique and appealing jute bag designs.

3. Technical Knowledge:

- Solid understanding of the jute bag production process, including pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Knowledge of quality control measures and techniques to ensure high-quality production.

4. Communication and Leadership:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and guide a diverse group of trainees.
- Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the trainees.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the organization and trainees to achieve production goals.

5. Organizational Skills:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach to maintain accurate production records and track trainees' progress.
