To propagate and maintain the cell cultures required for various assays.
- To perform analytical methods for in vitro bioassays and bioanalysis viz. Biochemical assays, ligand binding, signal transduction assays, immunogenicity assay etc.
- To involve in method development, validations and sample analysis for Bioassays as per guidelines.
- Responsible for work planning, supervising, and implementing the new protocols in laboratory.
- Perform day-to-day analysis of samples and support product’s method validation including stability evaluations.
- To carry on GLP lab maintenance activities, such as equipment monitoring, calibrations and SOP preparations and keeping lab ready for regulatory audits.
- Follow proper and on-line documentation procedures as per GLP norms. To perform experiments based on SOPs, STPs, study reports and other documents as required. Prepare method validation protocols and reports.
- Conduct literature search, review and study relevant literature based on the work assigned. Maintain and develop scientific knowledge and skills as required to complete work and stay current on scientific trends and developments related to the responsibilities.
- Investigate abnormal results and take initiative with group leader by raising, discussing, and resolving the matters and issues.
- Understand and follow the safety and environmental regulations of the company.
- Coordination with cross functional team as and when required.
- Should have understanding and involve in QMS (Change Control, Incident,Deviation & CAPA) related activities
- To carry out any activities assigned by the HOD or his designee.

**Qualifications**
Should be Post Graduate M.Sc/M.Pharm in the field of Life Sciences/Biological Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry

Experience Required - 4 to 7 Years

Should have knowledge on Cell based activity, Aseptic handling, Bioassay and Ligand Binding Assays, Method Development and Method validations
