2. Need to have sound experience in Alloy steel making. Experience in stainless steel making and Ingot casting will be an added advantage.

3. Need to demonstrate effective implementation of quality management system in the work place.

4. Delegate technical, production or project related activity to the supervisors/Engineers with proper review and monitoring mechanism in place.

5. Lead and involve team in root cause analysis to achieve first time right process.

6. Shall have good analytical skill and shall take key lead in improvement initiatives.

7. Shall be well conversant with MS Office.

8. Good communication skills

9. Good presentation skills

10. Leadership skills

11. Good knowledge of excel, word, powerpoint, etc.....
