**JOB DISCRIPTION**

**Experience**:7.5+ years

**NP**: Imm - 10 days

**Location**: Mumbai

**Budget**: 10 - 11 lpa

**Work Mode**: Work from office
**Must have**: Work exp in general insurance and should have handled a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- 8+ years of manual test exp
- Knowledge of **General Insurance is must**.
- Claim processing knowledge will be an advantage
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-IT and functional information to IT.
- Responsible for detailed solution review from functional point of view, mentoring and coaching
- QA team
- Knowledge of at least one Core insurance Systems will be added advantage
- Capable of working with the test team to develop/ review test scriptsWrite positive, negative, boundary line scenarios
- Should have knowledge of test strategies like white box, black box, smoke, regression etc...Write and review test cases using GWT type or suitable setupDo peer scenarios and test case reviews to ensure functional coverage of solution implementation
- Ensuring that the tasks are accomplished before the timelines set for self and team
- Execute all test plans in a structured and controlled manner, document test results and recording and analysing any defects identified
- Provided overall test management oversight from test scope management, test approach to test control
- Conducted work planning, estimation and prioritization for test team
- Establish Communication Plan, Risk and mitigation proposals
- Developing a detailed test execution schedule with daily plan targetsProduce test status reporting to Project lead, IT Head & other stake holders
- Develop triage agenda and lead triage calls Timely
- Coordination & strong follow up with the stake holders to close for deliverablesUsers training and UAT support for delivered functionality
- Should be strong in stake holder’s management
- Able to do impact analysis for change request implementation
- Ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Proficiency attained in Microsoft Excel
- Providing necessary support to the QA team in planning
- Ability to work in high pressure environment and dynamic prioritizationsTo develop test plans and procedures
- To develop test data sets and test environments necessary for the execution of the said integration, system and user acceptance test plans
- To allocate tasks to the team and analysis of the tasks on regular basisTo ensure all QA activities are as per the set standards
- To be one point of contact with the user for UAT
- To solve technical issues of the user and ensuring that all defects are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- To attend review meetings and projecting the work done by the team members
- To organize and conduct technical and functional trainingBasis knowledge in **SQL** queries and SCRIPTING is ADDED PLUS.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
