Create and maintain a comprehensive L&D program
- Create and update effective materials and presentations for internal training, ensuring that data is evidence based and current
- Manage and develop the production of published materials to support learning
- Work closely with the operational department to ensure that training content addresses current processes and issues
- Manage the employee induction program, working closely with human resources
- Ensure all training records submitted are complete and accurate
- Work closely with the operational department to create a quarterly training schedule
- Use the L&D requirements from the annual performance evaluation to create an annual training schedule
