Mep Store Incharge

Maintain accurate records of all MEP materials, equipment, and supplies in the store.

Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.

Conduct regular stock checks and implement measures to minimize shrinkage and wastage.

Source and procure MEP materials from approved suppliers and vendors.

Obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely processing of purchase orders

Receive incoming shipments of MEP materials and verify against purchase orders.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure all materials meet required specifications and standards.

Document and report any discrepancies or damages to suppliers for resolution.

Coordinate with project managers to allocate materials based on project requirements and schedules.

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to project sites, taking into account logistics and transportation considerations.

Maintain proper documentation of material movements and transfers between store and project sites.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely supply of materials.

Address any issues or concerns related to quality, pricing, or delivery with suppliers in a proactive manner.

Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Adhere to all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards governing the storage and handling of MEP materials.

Implement measures to ensure a safe and organized working environment in the store.

Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
