Job description of Telecaller/Counselor
- Understanding Product offerings, target audience & environment.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling prospects to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing prospect’s uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
