Position: Façade Designer/Draftsman
Job Description / Role
- To review the structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed engineering drawings

such as shop drawings, fabrication drawings, material order list and technical submittals etc for aluminium and glazing works.
- Make sure that structural checks done with Structural Dept. for all the related details (ie.aluminium members, glass, brackets etc)
- Effect any alterations on the aluminium shop drawings in co-ordination with Construction/Project team
- Preparation of production drawings and cutting list of profiles, glass, ACP and steel work orders and material indents.
- Provide approved detailed shop drawings to production shop floor and stores for material allocation with component schedule (profiles /gaskets/accessories/hardware schedule).
- Responsible for pre-ordering of materials in co-ordination with MAS and procurement team.
- Strong coordination between factory and site team for site measurement and installation of all items in time as per priority.
- Have the ability to understand and react to design changes and budget constraints, also advice drawings and related issues with Client or Architect when necessary.
- Prepare and submit as built drawings based on as per mark up drawing from site.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Engineering or Engineering Diploma (Civil/Mech)
- Minimum 2 to 4 years work experience in façade industry.
- Must have experience in design and drafting of façade systems
- Must be proficient in Autocad and other relevant design softwares
- Proficiency in Orgadata-Logikal software will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
