- Take ownership of and consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets for our LFR stores for Maharashtra.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans for business growth and devise effective methods to achieve these objectives.
- Handling the LFR stores while taking care of the hiring and management of the staff.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations within the assigned geography.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the stores according to the company’s guidelines.
- Identify and appoint dealers and distributors in the assigned territory, ensuring effective management of their monthly and weekly sell-in and sell-through activities.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Evaluate the market potential and plan aggressive business expansion in targeted markets.
- Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the channel, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) on an hourly basis, following up promptly to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and create innovative solutions to address specific business problems at the state level.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Retail, Handling LFR stores and sales.
- Strong command over MS office.
- Graduation or Post-graduation in a relevant field.
