As a Grievances Officer at Edumpus, you will play a critical role in addressing and resolving concerns raised by our clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include investigating complaints, proposing solutions, and maintaining a strong commitment to both customer satisfaction and the company's interests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Grievance Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers who have concerns, complaints, or issues with our products/services.
2. Issue Investigation: Thoroughly investigate and analyze client and customer grievances to understand the underlying issues and their validity.
3. Solution Proposal: Propose and implement effective solutions to address grievances, striving for a resolution that aligns with both customer satisfaction and company interests.
4. Communication: Maintain open and empathetic communication with clients and customers, providing updates on the status of their complaints and the progress of solutions.
5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all grievance cases, including details of the issue, investigation findings, proposed solutions, and resolution outcomes.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., customer support, product development, sales) to address systemic issues and prevent future grievances.
7. Policy Adherence: Ensure that all grievance-handling processes align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
8. Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on grievance trends and resolutions to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or in any discipline in related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or grievance handling role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Empathy and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to grievance handling is a plus.
