Maintain a minimum sales in courses
- Own and hit/exceed Monthly sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Maintain the Effective communication across the sales team
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Contact potential customers via phone calls and other communication channels to introduce Lanstitut's language classes and services.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the specific language learning requirements of individual customers.
- Provide information and guidance on Lanstitut's language classes, course offerings, and pricing structures.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential customers.
- Tailor sales strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in sales or business development, particularly in selling services online.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a definite advantage.
