**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic **Marketing Executive** with a strong foundation in **operations management** to enhance our marketing efforts. This role combines traditional marketing responsibilities with a focus on streamlining processes, managing campaigns, and ensuring operational efficiency in marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management & Execution**:

- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and create post-campaign reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, design, digital, sales) to support integrated marketing efforts.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Develop and implement processes to streamline campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage marketing project timelines, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency.
- Optimize workflows, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign results, conversion rates, website traffic) to provide actionable insights.
- Regularly report on marketing KPIs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Content & Collateral Development**:

- Ensure all materials align with brand messaging and standards.
- Coordinate production of promotional materials and track inventory for events and campaigns.
- **Event Management & Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Oversee logistics, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Digital Marketing & Social Media**:

- Manage the brand’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media posts.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make improvements as needed.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on objectives and efficient execution.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on operational processes and efficiencies.

**Job Title**: Telecalling Executive

**Location**: Mumbai Andheri

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential customers and existing clients over the phone, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and setting appointments when necessary. Your goal will be to drive growth and build positive relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information and resolving queries.
- **Lead Generation & Follow-up**:

- Generate leads by identifying potential customers and understanding their needs.
- Follow up on leads and provide ongoing communication to nurture customer interest.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Building**:

- Answer customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs effectively.
- **Product Knowledge & Pitching**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Present product features and benefits in a clear and engaging manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and interests.
- **Data Entry & Record Maintenance**:

- Accurately record customer information and interactions in CRM or internal databases.
- Maintain organized records of calls, feedback, and customer responses.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls, leads, conversions, or appointments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant tone.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
