**About the Role**:
**As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, acting as a liaison between them and our service technicians. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive and efficient service experience for everyone.**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Greet customers, listen attentively to their concerns, and accurately diagnose vehicle problems.**

**2. Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and shop capacity.**

**3. Research and provide detailed repair estimates, explaining service options and costs in clear, concise language.**

**4. Obtain customer approval for repairs and ensure all work is completed according to their specifications.**

**5. Communicate effectively with technicians, keeping them informed of customer requests and any updates.**

**6. Process customer payments and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.**

**7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a professional image for the service department.**

**8. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, fostering trust and loyalty.**

1- At least 2-3 year experience in renowned Automobile (Car Section) group as a service Advisor.

2- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service advisor role or related Car Showroom industry experience.

3- Strong understanding of automotive repair procedures and terminology.

4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relation with customers.

5- Proficient in computer skills, including experience with client handling.

6- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently as well as part of a team.

7- A positive attitude, a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and a passion for the automotive industry are a plus.
