Sdet- Automation

SDET Responsibilities:

- Understanding the system, flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
- Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
- Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
- Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
- Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
- End to End test planning which includes preparing Automation Test Strategy & projecting timelines.
- Noting all testing actions performed in daily and weekly reports.
- Analysing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
- Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
- Managing the final quality on production release.
- Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies.
- API level testing.
- Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionalities of services as a prequel to automation.
- Analyse test logs, create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholders.
- Automated testing of End to End business process sharing information using REST API.

SDET Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent designing and programming skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
- Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, HTML, JSP, Java Script, Servlets, Web Services, XML, AJAX, Microservices, SOA, REST, JSON a MUST.
- Knowledge of functional programming is a plus.
- 4-7 years overall SDET and/or development experience.
- Working experience with automated tools for API
- Ability to design and implement the overall automated test system.
- Experience and understanding of data management for automation suites.
- Excellent knowledge of QA processes and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
- A passion for testing, development, and design.
- Demonstrated experience in writing clean code quickly.
- Strong experience in Test framework design, execution & maintenance.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
