Job Title: Digital Marketing SpecialistJob Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads. Your expertise in leveraging digital channels and tools will contribute to our overall marketing success. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the field. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, design, and development, to achieve our business objectives.**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms to drive brand recognition, increase online visibility, and support lead generation efforts.
- 2. Manage paid advertising campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, and other online channels, ensuring proper targeting, optimal performance, and ROI measurement.
- 3. Conduct in-depth keyword research, analyze website analytics, and generate insightful reports to inform and improve digital marketing strategies.
- 4. Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through effective SEO techniques, including on-page optimization, keyword targeting, and content optimization.
- 5. Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, aligning with target audience preferences and brand guidelines.
- 6. Utilize social media platforms to develop and execute social media marketing campaigns, fostering brand loyalty and engagement with existing and potential customers.
- 7. Monitor online reputation, respond to customer inquiries, and address any concerns or issues raised through social media or other digital channels.- 9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing, continuously evaluating and recommending new tools and strategies to drive business growth.
- 10. Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.**Required Skills**:

- 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.-
- 4. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed objectives.
- 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
- 6. Solid understanding of web analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- 7. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, capable of developing and executing digital marketing strategies from start to finish.
- 8. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 9. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build effective working relationships.
- 10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
