**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Conduct regular IELTS training sessions, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and tailored to students' needs.

**Curriculum Development**: Continuously improve and update training materials based on the latest IELTS trends and feedback from students.

**Assessment**: Evaluate students' progress through regular mock tests, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.

**Individual Attention**: Provide one-on-one coaching to students who require additional support, focusing on their individual weaknesses.

**Stay Updated**: Remain up-to-date with any changes in the IELTS test format and scoring criteria, ensuring training materials reflect these updates.

**Performance Reports**: Maintain records of students’ progress and results, providing regular updates to management and suggesting necessary interventions for students at risk.

**Student Counseling**: Offer advice and guidance to students about IELTS exam strategies, time management, and stress-relief techniques.

**Workshop Delivery**: Organize and conduct workshops or seminars to raise awareness about IELTS and promote the training center's services.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other educators, administrators, and staff members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training experience for students.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.

Must have minimum of band 7 overall.

Certified IELTS examiner status is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of successfully preparing students for the IELTS exam.

Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt training methods for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online training (if required).

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
