Sales Trainer

**JOB SUMMARY**

Interval currently seeking a Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and abilities of our sales staff.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs that cover all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

2. Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

3. Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective training sessions to sales staff in person, online, or through other mediums.

4. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.

5. Conduct role-playing and other simulation exercises to help sales staff practice their skills and improve their performance.

6. Monitor the progress and performance of sales staff during and after training to ensure that the training has been effective.
- **Qualifications**:_

1. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field.

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales training or a related role.

3. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Ability to design and develop effective training programs that meet the needs of different learning styles.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
