Property Manager Responsibilities:

- Contacting calling potential assigned leads.
- Conducting visits and getting the vacant beds booked.
- Collecting and depositing monthly rent.
- Managing kitchen, stock and staffs on daily basis.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, for maintaining 100% booking of the property.
- Maintaining the day to day cleaning and management of the property.

Property Manager Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
