**Overview**:
As a Telecaller for our esteemed engineering college, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and providing them with information about our programs, facilities, admission procedures, and other pertinent details. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential students, address their queries, and encourage them to consider enrolling in our institution. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to articulate the benefits of studying at our college effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Place outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our engineering programs or who meet the criteria for potential students.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide detailed information about the various engineering courses offered, admission requirements, campus facilities, faculty expertise, placement opportunities, and any other relevant details.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and guide potential students through the admission process.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule campus tours, counseling sessions, or meetings with academic advisors for interested individuals to further discuss their educational goals and explore our offerings.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, including call logs, inquiries, follow-up activities, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the admissions team, academic departments, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from prospective students regarding their interaction with our institution, their concerns, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
