Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for guests in a luxurious beachfront setting? Le Pondy Beach Resort is looking for a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our team.
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for ensuring exceptional service and personalized attention to all our guests. Your main responsibilities will include:
**Guest Interaction**:
- Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Providing personalized recommendations and information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
**Relationship Building**:
- Developing strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
- Anticipating guests' needs and preferences to provide proactive service.
**Special Services**:
- Coordinating special requests such as room decorations, special occasions, or transportation arrangements.
- Assisting with reservations for dining, spa, and recreational activities.
**Issue Resolution**:
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Following up with guests to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements based on suggestions and comments.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Liaising with other departments such as housekeeping, front office, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborating with the concierge team to provide comprehensive guest services.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
