Sales Support Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Manage Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.
- Operate processes based on specific instructions/manual.
- Supports order transactions and reporting of customer issues
- Capture, entry, and organization of customer information, updating sales data, maintaining records and documentation, researching information, compiling data for reports, assisting with analysis, and coordinating work via pre-defined processes.
- Ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Compiles work and presents final deliverables.
- Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement.
- Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.
**Education and Experience Required**
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 4-5 years of experience in Partner Data collection, Incentive Rebates Payouts through performance & sales targets validation and Disputes & query handling from Partners.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
- Ability to work as active member of a team.
- Basic understanding of internal business processes and policies.
