**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans for mathematics classes, ensuring alignment with the international curriculum or CISCE syllabus.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking among students.
- Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of mathematical concepts, and facilitate discussions to enhance students' understanding.
- Assess student performance through regular assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects, and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Monitor and track individual student progress, identifying areas of strength and areas that need further attention, and provide additional support as required.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of mathematics education and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into the classroom.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed degree is mandatory.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years teaching mathematics at the secondary level, preferably with experience in an international curriculum or CISCE syllabus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and resources for teaching mathematics.
- Adaptability and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's overall educational program.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
