**Experience**:2to 5 Years
- Set up and operate grinding machines for metal components, ensuring smooth and polished finishes.
- Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine grinding requirements accurately.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal grinding angles, speeds, and feed rates.
- Inspect finished parts meticulously to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- ITI qualification in Machinist, Turner, Fitter, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience operating grinding machines in a fabrication shop or similar environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
